Borealis Grove at a Glance A Distinct Identity We have been working for the last few years on better, more sustainable, efficient and affordable housing for arctic villages and many other places across the globe where there is a need, due to climate change and rampant poverty. Using a geodesic dome design created by my mentor, Buckminster Fuller, we put our vision into motion this summer. We have a home design that will stand up to hurricane-force winds, earthquakes over magnitude 9, and will never rot, burn, or get eaten by insects. In addition, it is very efficient to heat, allowing for low energy costs and should last for generations. Do you have carpenter my skills and wanna build domes and other homestead projects will this is the place for you! We want to teach the next generation of humans how to build their own domes and Communities effectively and cheaper than any other option on the market currently. We are currently building up The Gnomestead and getting ready to launch our gnome domes this winter, if you have an video editing experience/ gardening / fishing / homesteading skills we’d love to have you !

We have a warm 20x14 shack , we also are sewing our own teeppees if your interested in staying in one of those we can make it happen
