À propos de nous
Hei! Olen muusikko, kuvataiteilija ja savirakentaja. Restauroin kahta vanhaa taloa Itä-Uudellamaalla. Talot on tehty noin 100 vuotta sitten erityisellä, ja hieman harvinaisella "nutikka"-tekniikalla, eli puunkappaleet on muurattu seiniksi savilaastilla. Olen pintakäsitellyt taloja savirappauksin. Eristemateriaaleina käytän ainoastaan luonnonmukaisia eristeitä. Yksi talo on nyt asumiskuntoinen, toisessa talossa on meneillään remontti. Sinne tehdään nyt (resurssien mukaan) lämmöneristyksiä (puu-ja hamppukuitu). Käytän mahdollisuuksien mukaan rakentamisessa kierrätettyä puuta, mutta myös esimerkiksi tekstiilikuitujen käyttömahdollisuuksia olen tutkinut näissä projekteissa.
Mon lieu
I'm living with two dogs and a cat in a quite big house with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, two toilet and sauna. This place is not in countryside, neither in the city center. Kotka is a medium-size city in Finland. Very near to my houses there is a famous area designed by Alvar Aalto. Here are a lot of nice outdoor places to enjoy finnish nature, seaside is nearby and natural parks are not too far away. Autumn is here and winter too, very soon. House is warm, but in my current project there is not yet warming system - when insulation is made, then i can start heating in this second house too.

Making insulation, clay plastering and masonery works in 100 years old house. House is made traditional way of woodbricks and clay.
